Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm.
Friendly attendants are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with questions, Wash & Fold drop-offs, and anything you may need during your visit.
Our machines offer multiple convenient payment options. Pay right at the machine with your phone using our Laundry app, or use quarters if you prefer. A change machine is available on site for customers who need quarters.
Yes, we do! We have 80 pound machines that can handle multiple loads and big, bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
We use quality laundry products, including Arm & Hammer as our standard detergent. Customers can upgrade to Gain for a small additional charge, or choose a free-and-clear detergent at no extra cost for sensitive skin or fragrance-free preferences.
Our Wash & Fold service is $1.70 per pound with convenient next-day pickup. Need it sooner? Same-day service is available for $2.00 per pound when your laundry is dropped off before 12:00 PM.
There is a $15 minimum order for wash and fold services.
Our standard Wash & Fold service includes next-day turnaround, and we’ll send you a text message as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If you need your laundry back sooner, same-day service is available for an additional charge.
No. Your laundry is always washed separately from other customers’ orders, helping prevent mix-ups and giving your clothes the individual care and attention they deserve.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our Pickup & Delivery service is available Monday through Saturday, with convenient next-day return on your laundry.
If you’d like laundry pickup on a regular schedule, choose our weekly or biweekly service for $1.60 per pound. Prefer to schedule only when you need us? One-time and on-demand service is $1.70 per pound, with no ongoing commitment required.
There is a $30 minimum order for our laundry pickup and delivery service.
Your freshly cleaned and neatly folded laundry is delivered back to you the next day.
Simply click “Schedule a Pickup,” enter your information and laundry preferences, and you’ll be ready to go in just a couple of minutes.
You don’t need to be home for pickup. Simply leave your laundry in a secure, accessible location and let us know where to find it when you schedule your order. Our driver will take care of the rest.
When scheduling your order, use the “Preferences” section to share any special washing instructions or requests. Our team will review your preferences and do our best to accommodate them.
No. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can change, pause, or cancel your recurring service at any time. We simply aim to earn your business with reliable, convenient service every time.
When you place your order, you’ll securely enter a credit or debit card to keep on file. Your card is not charged until your laundry service is complete.
We recommend placing your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure drawstring trash bag so everything stays together for pickup. Customers who choose recurring weekly or biweekly service will receive a complimentary branded Tumble Town Laundry bag at no additional cost.
You can easily pause or suspend your recurring service from your account while you’re away, then resume it when you’re ready.
